For the untrained ear the soundscape of daily life is on lower position than visual information. Project “Alternative” is a urban sound play between the location and the architecture. The familiar environment and spacial forms are shifted with the help of sound. It is possible to notice the unnoticed and change the social relationships. A new temporary reality is constructed with borders and rules as all games. It makes possible to experience the daily location in a new way. The game flows in the landscape of urban routine where the player is directed with a map and sound from the mp3-player. The sound starts the imaginative show in a Tallinn downtown’s inner yard.

INSTRUCTIONS:
* Download the sound file to your mp3-player
* Download the map and print it out
* Get familiar with the map
* Start from the door of the room 255 in Estonian Academy of Arts
* A beep must be heard in the left! headphone
* When hearing the steps start moving according to the map
* If you see a arrow on the ground, stop and look a at the direction of the arrow
